For People who are coming from the South points of Philadelphia (DE/MD), contact PaulGS430 or Chuckisc to set up a rally-point so we all can roll up to NY together.
My proposal: Get Off @ Cottman Ave Exit on I95. Go North on Route US1 until it splits at the end. There is a huge WAWA's store with gas station and snacks, we can load up with junk foods and gasoline from there. Roll out to PA Turnpike from Wawa, which is about 2 mins from there.
PA Turnpike turns into NJ Turnpike....
This would be AWESOME to see a pack of Lexy rolling on the turnpike....

I was just about to say that this is a good time to talk about caravan plans to Alley Pond Park, especially for those who are travelling from aways (i.e. PA, NJ, New England). As a reminder, I posted general directions to the meet on the 1st page of this thread. Chuck, are you guys planning to drive to the Verrazano Bridge to get to Queens?

Why does this always happen whenever we schedule a meet in NYC? I'm just hoping that it only rains at nighttime, and not during the day. Columbus Day looks to be a good day, but I'd be at work (and so will a few others). Let's just wait and see if the forecast changes for this Sunday. Hey Canaan (our CL meteorologist), what's the official weather word?

Its like a tradition, the weather is always bad for nyc meets, the first meet at FBF was rained out and i remember at the other one it was windy and cold. Lets hope it doesnt rain.

Today and the next couple of days is like 75degrees an nice..SUNDAY sucks ***...I hope the weather will cooperate with us.. I may not be able to to do the dinner reservations if I go because Im heading to the Village afterwards to this music event kinda like meet/greet an learn about new products...
