As for a peninsula meeting spot, I would strongly suggest a wicked little coffee joint/cyber cafe called 'Barefoot Coffee Roasters', it's just off 280 at Stevens Creek/Lawrence right next to Bed Bath and Beyond...

I think Santa Clara is a bit too far south.
Depends on the size of the meet though.

Where are you guys located in 916? I'm up here in Folsom and have noticed some nice Silver GS models recently...a nice Black one too. Just today I saw a nice modded one in the Intel parking lot where I work. By chance this either of you?
