Serious problem!!! I have done business with Richard Ng from Modified Toys JULY 2003!!!!! Ordered Zeal Function B6 from him for $1800 and he promised them in 3 months with install and alignment included. Said ok, I'm not in a rush, on summer vacation. So, time comes around, no coils. Turned out he did some ****ty deal and lost money.
Since then, he only paid me back 1g from that 1.8g's. WTF. All I asked for was 1 bill or so every pay period, is that too much to ask? No refund for 2 months now. He claims his shop is under, new job, blah blah, yet he has this nice new evo and his shop is still around at a nice new location. www.modifiedtoys.com. Now I thought hey, I was the nice guy who said ok for payment every so often, but now it's ridiculous.
I NEED HELP GUYS. What do I do? Should I go to his shop first? Go to the cops? (Will the cops even solve anything) What do I do? Small Claims? Any help would be awesome. Thanks.

Call the Better Business Bureau and advise with them of your legal options.

More than likely you can go to Small Claims court and sue them for the money.
