it looks like i mite not be able to attend the meet in nor cal afterall. i'm keeping my fingers crossed, but i have an important family engagement in the bay area during the afternoon and also one of my best friends is having his graduation party in milpitas. i'll see what i can do though...

 

That''s pretty ironic Ryan cause we had this meet up in SAC with hopes that you and those in that region would easily be able to attend. Usually most of our meets (including the upcoming End-of-Summer meet) are held within 5 minutes drive of Milpitas. Now that's the day that you need to be down here while we are all up in SAC?

I hope you could atleast make it to the meet in the morning or that your engagement is late that evening.

Hey Glen,

I guess I'm going to miss out on this big event. My wife and I just finally set the date for our daughter's baptism party and it looks like it's going to be on the same day as the Meet. Unfortunately, we couldn't work around that date. But I will definitely try to make it to the "End of the Summer" meet.

UPDATE ON LAKE CONDITIONS - -

Hey glen, first off...sorry I havent gotten around to calling you up and organizing things with you like I had previously said I would do...argh...Im really busy....I ill make time for this I swear!!!! hehe

Anyways guys...I had some unfortunate things happen to me on my way to SD last weekend...and well.. I ended up not going .... long story...but anywho the better end of the story is that I went to folsom lake for my weekend off and went JetSkiing...I took a few pics of where we can park all of our cars.....the Lake Water levels are relatively low this year ...so parking next to the water and setting up camp will be fairly easy...

this area is located in GRANITE BAY straight off DOUGLAS BLVD...which is a preferred spot by locals...soooo that means you out of towners must come early to ensure we get these areas...

Parking is $9.00

If you have jetskis.....bring um!

 

hahaha just make sure we don't park there when it's low tide
