FOOD POLL
I will post a bunch more details about the meet on this thread, but first, Please VOTE.

Since this is officially a picnic, everyone is welcome to bring their own food & snacks. For those that are bringing food that needs to be cooked, there are BBQ's available in our area, but please note that the park fills up rapidly and there may be limited availability. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

Since there will be approximately 100+ people attending this activity, everyone trying to cook / eat at the same time will be difficult. So we ask that you consider just buying the HOT food that we will be offering for a nominal fee. The lunch charge will be $5, which will include a Hamburger (or Veggie Burger), Jumbo Dog or Chicken. The meal will also include potato salad or chips, cookies and a drink (soda, juice or water). We will have one BBQ allocated for this and will start cooking early so that people can get served quickly.

So for those who just wanna come up without any picnic stuff, you can do so . We will also be selling individual drinks as well.

We just need a rough estimate of how much food to bring. So PLEASE VOTE and pick the choice that matches closest to what you will be doing. THIS IS MULTIPLE CHOICE.

LOCATION: Granite Bay @ Folsom Lake. This is a VERY, VERY large area, so print out the directions before going up. If anyone wants my cell #, just PM me.

PARK ADMISSION: $5 per car + Trailer

CONVOY
There will be a CONVOY set up coming from different parts of the Bay Area. Please check this thread post further down for details.

GROUND RULES
Within the Park Grounds, please abide by their rules & regulations. 99% of the time, everyone is good about this. We don't want a couple of people to ruin things for the rest of us so please take care.
1) NO street racing
2) NO burnouts or donuts on streets or parking lots
3) NO excessive reving of engines
4) NO loud bumping of your stereo system

ATTIRE
Well, I don't need to tell you it might be hot up there. So wear something cool and maybe bring an extra set of clothes to change to in the afternoon and a swim suit too.

LODGING
So far, about 12 of us have already made reservations to stay in a motel up in Rancho Cordova on Friday night.

We got a discount of $86 for a 1 bedroom with 1 bed/ 1 sofabed (up to 4 people) or $133 for a 2 bedroom 2 beds/1 sofabed (up to 6 people), additional cots will cost extra.

PM me or Brian for the exact location if you want to make reservations.

FRIDAY DINNER
Anyone who would like to meet for dinner on Friday night is welcome to join us. We will choose a restaurant in the vicinity of Rancho Cordova. PM me or Brian for our cell # s and we will coordinate.

WATERSPORTS
Some people will be renting Jetski's / Sea Doos. If we get 4 people to commit to a one hour rental, we can get the JetSki for the whole day for less than paying hourly. If we get enough people interested, we could rent a boat. We are thinking about doing this in the afternoon say after 3pm. PM me if you might be interested in any of these activities, so that we can try to get a discount on the usage.

As I mentioned earlier, the lake is a VERY a large area, with multiple entries to the park, so print out these directions and PM me for my cell # just in case.

About 50% of the participants have not responded. So I assume roughly half of th people will take care of their own food.
