Tuner Q & A with Nomura Tuning & Design
I am proud to announce that we have the privilege of having Bruce Nomura, Northern California's Premier Tuner of Lexus and other fine automobiles, come to EOS V3 and provide us with a lecture and a Q & A forum.
Bruce is well known for the Black GS he built for Martin Craft. If you consider that Martins car was completed by Bruce years ago, you will see that this car was ahead of its time.

Bruce has brought two samples of his recent work to EOS, both in the form of IS Turbo cars.
One IS contains a Peter Farrell Supercars Turbo System.
The other IS contains a Japan Spec Supra TT motor in it with a TT 4 speed automatic.
Bruce will begin his discussion, talking about the work performed on these two cars:
Discuss the trials & tribulations of installing a turbo in an originally NA car.
Discuss everything you wanted to know about an IS > TT swap, but were afraid to ask.
He will also field any questions you may have about the installations or any other topic.
There will also be a lecture on topics such as turbo systems vs. superchargers, auto vs. manual transmissions and proper gearing and final gear gear ratios.
The lecture will start at 11am till noon, however Bruce will be available throughout various times of the day to chat.
Don't miss this rare opportunity to meet and talk to Bruce.

PLP Cancellation
MIke, the owner of ProLex Performance injured his eye a few days ago.
He is scheduled to undergo minor surgery in the next few days.
Due to this un-planned event, Mike will not be able to make it to the meet and has withdrawn his participation in the raffle give-away.
We wish Mike the best and hope that he has a swift and full recovery.

Exhaust Show Off
Last year this was known as an Exhaust Competition, but this year we have changed the format to an Exhaust Show Off.
The purpose behind the show off, is the same as last year, except this year it becomes a demonstration versus a competition.
- To Allow spectators to hear the popular exhaust systems offered for our cars.
- There's nothing like hearing different exhaust systems live, to help determine what type of exhaust system is right FOR YOU.
- This is the only event in the country where hundreds of people can hear 10 -20 cars at the same place within a 40 minute time period.
- Last year we collected and recorded various brands of exhaust systems. This year we will add to our library of exhaust systems by selecting different set ups than last year.
- All of these systems will be recorded to DVD and offered for sale in the near future. Combine these new recordings with last years collection and you will have a broad collection of some of the most popular systems ever recorded in one place.
- The show off will be divided into the 6 cylinder and 8 cylinder classes.
- The show off will begin immediately after lunch.

Pre-Meet Get together
All are invited to meet up on Saturday night for dinner at the Bennigan's Restaurant in Santa Clara, down the street from Great America.
The SoCal members and other out-of-town members will all be there. This is a great opportunity to meet your SoCal bros & gal. I have reserved the whole outdoor PADDY -O at this Irish Pub style restaurant, so it will be easy to find and identify our group.
Dinner is planned for 6:30, but whether you wanna have dinner , appetizers, beer or just hang out, come on down any time between 6:30 and 9:30. There is sure to be people coming in and out throughout the evening.
There is plenty of "safe" parking out back too.
