Naw, its not lowered ... but it might have looked like it cause I usually haul around a lot of people. My friend works at Old Tea House ... so I'm there quite a bit mooching free food. Maybe I've seen you before and never realized it. Well, next time I'll try to park RIGHT in front of old tea house so u know im there
