Where can I get my fenders flared/extended?

Hallo again,
Just got new rims installed today. They look great, but they rub on the back and the front like crazy. I need to get my fenders flared abo[IMG]ut 3/4". I already tried to "roll" (I guess is the term) them, and succeeded some, but I don't want to do anymore because I am afraid I might damage the car.
Does anybody know a place that can solve my problem? Even better, does anybody in NorCal have a tool I can use to do it myself (please don't tell me a bat lol). I have heard of something that attatches to your hub, but have never seen one.
Here is what I am thinking:
-Roll the rear fenders (I need somebody with a heatgun to do that, so let me know where)
-Flare the front fenders (where can I get that done)
Any help would be great, as I have had to take the rims off and put the stock ones back on because I was shredding the tire. Thanks, and here are some pictures:

Jason,
without seeing how much you are rubbing, it won't be easy to say if you can mod the lip or if you have to flare the fenders.
Any type of bodywork with painting could easily cost $5-800.
We have successfully ground down our fender lips on many GS's, but your LS has to be looked at for us to say if the same can be done.
As far as a bat, yes a bat works well, but you use it to roll with a wet towel wrapped around it, NOT whack at the lip with it !
I have done so many fender jobs already and use a belt sander, bat or a heat gun depending on what needs to be done. Do a search for my posts under INDGOGRL "IS Story" or the my responses with pics in the GS section under other thread starters names.
BTW , car looks great. What kind of wheels are they?

Here are some pictures of the rubbing:
I haven't touched the front fenders at all yet. Is it possible to roll them? I think that they need to be extended about 1/4"-1/2". Again, I am using a 5mm spacer to clear the brakes. Is this unsafe to do? (I am told by some that it is). I am also hearing that I can shave away part of my brake caliper to help the clearance, and possibly even some of the rim. I'm getting a vibration whenever I go over 60, so I am really trying to find a way to get this spacer off completely (even though I know that it's a longshot. Heres a picture of the spacer:
Somebody help! BTW, I had the rear fenders cut at exact motorsports, so the problem w/ the rear is fixed
