Anyone know a good commercial real estate agent in NorCal?
Hi guys,
Need a referal to a GOOD commercial real estate agent in Northern California.
A friend of mine wants to start a used car dealership and is having an insanely difficult time finding a space. A bunch of car dealerships in Burlingame have empty space, but they flat out refuse to lease the space to him because they don't want competition.
He's tried a couple commercial real estate agents, but they're real slackers. :\
Any help would be appreciated, he lives down in Santa Clara and that would be the best area for him, but he's open to anything within 25 miles or so.
He already owns one very successful online business.

Well, he's been searching for 2 weeks now, really pounding the pavement.
Someone from this forum forwarded over a good recommendation yesterday, and that should help.
But last night I went into my normal nerd mode and absolutely hammered the listings on ebay. Turned up one perfect place for him in Redwood City (but a bit far away from him), and then a couple places down in his city of Santa Clara that look like they'll be perfect.
Was totally burnt out after litereally hours of scouring those listings, but I think we have a winner, and multiple backups if this one doesn't work. =)
