Saw a lowered breakwater blue 2IS with 19" chrome wheels on Hillside this morning around 9, also saw a lowered sgm 2IS with gunmetal 19" wheels, exhaust and gfx front on mission near Daly City Bart around 9:30.

Don't remember the tailights to be honest. I saw the car between the Saratoga and Lawrence/Stevens Creek exits; it was definitely after 8:15 though. Oh, and it was yesterday (Monday) not today.
