I wasn't aware that they had one in san mateo. But the one i was at was on irving and 23rd. They're opening a new one on 24th street apparently. I don't see the point of having 3 teaways within 1 block. They're going to take over irving street soon!

I have never seen it during rush hour actually. I only go there either around 3 or at night. Every time i go, it's pretty empty.
