Hey, anyone know anything about the Beginning of Summer Meet yet? Isn't it like in a few weeks?
Is that going to be the North meets South meet?

 

Sad to say, there are currently no serious talks about getting together. There are some smaller meetings going on but nothing like last year. Everyone from the previous years' organizing group are pretty busy. Maybe someone else wants to step up.

Even EOS might be in jeopardy if we don't start seriously talking soon.

 

given how busy (and i mean it, eveyrone) the core members who have put together the previous eos meets, i really don't know....

Glen has been extremely busy and doing a terrific job (above and beyond) in trying to get this BOS (Beginning of Summer Meet) happen.

I met w/ him a couple of days ago and discussed some items regarding BOS.

Most likely, this will happen but I can't guarantee anything.

We will need a few people to chip in and help w/ setting up and do other minor things like registration at the day of the event.

Don't worry, there will be an updated BOS info. w/ all the details soon.

We're in the final stages of planning this BOS event and want to make sure that the location and amenities are in order.

Help with setting up? Registration? Gosh, just how big is this meet going to be? If you need some help, let me know.

 

Things just kind of worked out so that there will be a meet. Glen is still trying to work out some logistics because right now, the event is not as optimal as can be.

Because of some conflicts, I will miss out on this year's BOS and seeing all you guys. Have fun.

Darn... Oh well..

 

We sat across from Straits Restaurant/Bar at an outdoor Cafe drinking lattes.

it was slow for a Wed. but there were plenty of action going on.

Glen was telling me about some stuff and I only got about half of it.
Boy, I tell ya......information from Glen was going into one ear and going out as quickly on the other ear. But at least I had a productive meeting w/ him and tried my best to focus.

That's how hot these ladies were at Santana Row.

I mean, I couldn't handle two things at once.

I may try to get a few CL members to have a Santana Row rendevous one of these days.
The place to see and be seen.

Yea Tee, if I ever want to have a productive meeting, I'll definitely have to hold it elsewhere!

Good thing I didn't have my glasses on or it would be hard for me to concentrate as well.

1:30 TO ??? - TO BE ANNOUNCED

GET THERE EARLY FOR A GOOD SPOT. SPACE IS LIMITED TO ABOUT 50 CARS BUT SINCE THE SHOP IS ON A DEAD END STREET, THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM RIGHT OUT FRONT FOR ANOTHER 30 CARS EASY
