Default Head Count---> Luxury Motorworks Lexus Fest (Aug 13th)

Hey guys, I know it's still early but I would like to get a general head count of how many of you are rolling down to our huge Lexus Fest Aug 13th. Right now we are in the planning stages and we are going to be in contact with a Hotel to block off rooms for you guys making the trip down.

Currently, we have a hotel in mind that is right off the freeway and only 3 mintues from Luxury Motorworks. We need to give them a heads up so if you think you can make it for the event, please post so we get an idea of how many rooms to block off. They want a 6 week notice... Thanks Guys

You will be staying at the 4 Points by Sheraton.

I am not sure if I can make it down yet but even if I did, I will not need hotel accommodations.

Glen, can you stay in touch with me. Don't worry about the 6 week notice. I'll work with the hotel...

Ken,
I would love to be there, as I will have my LMS s/c in by then, but there is a huge once a year car show in Japan Town in LA that same day that one of my sponsors is requiring that I attend. TORN!!! What to do?

I hear ya bro... Some of the So. Cal peeps have obligation to that show too. When you're sponsored, you gotta do what you gotta do! As for the LMW Lexus Fest, trying to get the city to block off an entire street with companies open on Sat was difficult to do. We basically had to get approval from all the companies first before we could even go to the city. So basically, Aug 13th seemed to be the best date for the us & the near-by companies. This may be a first and only Lexus fest or it may turn out to be an annual event... Of course, if you are going to have your LMS SC kit by then, we would love to have you and your car be there... If you go to the show, good luck! If not, I better see ya at the Lexus Fest...

Ken,
Looks like INDGOGRL and I will be bringing both our cars to the meet !

She has free hotel accomodations at the Residence Inn by Marriot, so at this point we won't need to reserve, unless you tell us it's a bad area or too far, etc.

I'm trying to round up the local troops, but looks like several have other obligations.

I'll get them to post soon if they commit.

C'mon people. Time to start thinking about this seriously.

Please post here ASAP .

Last road trip we had 10 + cars

If it was the last week of Aug. I would be able to make it.
Thats the week I'm driving down there for vacation, for two weeks.

I will try to move up my vacation, and hopefully I can then roll down there with the Nor Cal. group.
