Default Sacramento Lexus Dealers

Anyone have any positive or negative experiences with the Sacramento-based Lexus dealersips (Sacramento and Roseville)? Both are similar distances from me but I'm wondering who may provide better service... Thanks!

I've dealt with both and both have been good. I just happen to go to Roseville more because I live near it but work in Sac by the other one.

Dealt with Lexus of Sacramento once before. Their service was only slightly above average compare to Longo Lexus/Toyota.

if you don't mind an independent Lexus service shop check out Elite in Roseville.

Thanks for the feedback - GS wanted, I assume this is a shop that you've used and they have provided good results at a more reasonable price?

I had them install my SS brake lines, rotors, pads, etc. a while back. They painted the calipers for pretty much a freebie. I was satisfied with their work.
DetMich1 has had work done at Elite for his SC and GS so you may want his opinion as well. It's a small shop and pretty personable w/ reasonable rates.
Good luck, joe

FWIW, both Roseville and Sacramento Lexus dealers are owned by the same family. They had to give up Saturn of Sacramento to build Roseville Lexus, because Lexus don't allow owners to have more than 2 dealerships.

I have used both dealerships. They are both decent. The service manager at the Roseville location is always good about following up if you have question.

Lexus of Sac apparentlty won some award within the Lex family for "elite" service. A 97% customer satisfaction rating.

My dealings were pretty good. Not spectacular or anything,
