Bushing installs at Exact.
I just came back from Exact today and since last month when I had my bushings installed and reported about it on the other thread, NO ONE has come to Exact to have their bushings installed.
Now I know of atleast 4 people who have bought or won the Daizen bushings at our last local meet and I also know they have 20% discount coupons that will expire in another month.
Better get to it guys.
For everyone else, Exact now has the Daizen bushings in stock for GS300/400/430 98-2000 & 2001-2004 as well as for the SC300/400 and LS models. Give em a call to confirm what years for these models.

So what exactly is the advantage of the bushings replacement?
I just had my lower ball joints replaced at the dealer. How do the bushings relate to that and would it be to my advantage to have this done when I get coil-overs, wheels, tires?

Have not had the time or the funds. Was counting on some bonus money - but that fell through and I'm holding back until the property taxes have been paid. Or I get my refund check.
Going to need to buy some new tires soon as well.

NO ONE to my knowledge has ever done LS bushings in NorCal, so it's not like there will be a ton of LS owners who have an answer to your question.
Contact Exact for an estimate.
Do note that your only other alternative is changing the whole a arm which can be roughly $500 parts & labor.

Nope , the hourly rate is more than $75 , could be 80 or 90 can't remember.
If you purchase the bushings from them you should be able to get a bit of a discount.
Also you are new to the forums, so you haven't attended any of our meets. There will be 20% off Exact, discounts offered at some of the meets.
If you're not in a hurry, we'll start having major meets at the beginning of summer. That's usually where we give away discount coupons for various local shops., There will be smaller meets as soon as another month two, possibly some give--aways there too.
