Dang, it seems everyone is getting thier bushings done before the coupon expires. I guess I should call and make an appt. Only problem i have is that I'll pretty much be stuck there until John finishes.

Call Sandy for an appointment using the coupon, but just schedule the appointment for next month.

If you time your visit right, I might be working on my cars that weekend so you could hang with me till it's done.

Many micro meets have started this way.

SC's are a whole other story. They have a ton more bushings and the SC Kit that Exact has in stock also costs more, because they do front and rear bushings.

Look for threads posted by another SC owner who had the whole thing done at Exact. You can also PM Anthony (LexAnt).

Since John is getting faster at it, you might want to call them for a direct quote as it may have cost more when Anthony had his done.

I saw a busing thread in the GS forum talking about replacing the GS stock bushings w/ the aftermarket ones, I think it was Daizen bushings. Anyway, most of the GS owners were happy w/ the replacement of stock busings. The Daizens were about 30 bucks compared to the full replacement of the sway bar + bushing kit of 500-600 bucks.

Most of them did it on their own because the instructions were easy to do.

For me, I'd rather bring to a pro shop cause they gots all the h/w to get job done right.

My question is if I wanted to do a similar swap like that of the GS's of JUST ONLY the bushings on my SC430, can Exact do this type of thing, too, for the SC430?

thanks...teeman3

actually they are talking about the control arm bushings, not the sway bar bushings, you are a bit confused

for the sc430, they ONLY have the full sway bar set, they do NOT have just the bushings (like the case for gs). so, sorry tee, just spend the 500 bucks now!
