Another place we can have a quick bite to eat is In and Out in Pinole. Lots of parking in the area. And best of all....There is a Starbucks with a drive threw in the same area. Also easy access to I-80.

Will, your making this to easy to guess whats in store. But then agent we got space cadet James. J/K James!!!

since Im not from the Bay, I have no idea where any of these places are off the top of my head 
I want to say Napa, only because of the wine hints, but what do I know 
I guess I'll just sit tight, hope Im in town that weekend (starting a new job in March and they're shipping me out for 2 weeks training sometime that same month)...and if I am in town, I'll just wait to see where my convoy meeting point is

Another good location would be the public market in Emeryville. 
There's a huge parking lot there and free parking so validations and paying for parking etc etc won't hold up the group as a whole. Here's the website..

Getting onto I-80 headed out towards SF could be a problem from Emeryville if it's in the afternoon on a Saturday or Sunday though and the toll plaza would be a nightmare by that time. I think that if the cruise would be down near San Mateo or whatnot then it wouldn't it be a better idea to stay in that area just so that people in that area won't have to backtrack back over there. Just a suggestion. Korean BBQ!!!!
