Thanks yea that's awesome.
The race simulator bug bit me ever since I went to SEMA a few months back.
I WILL be building my own custom racing simulator soon and will invite EVERYONE over to drive it.
Here's one example of what U can build at home in your "spare" time.

I've been all through the simulator forums and sites believe me.
I can tell you just staying active in ClubLexus is enough for me.
That is a real nice kit and would be the easy way out if I wanted something easier and still accurate.
My plan is to take it further than what you see. As far as feel and look, I want the driver to have as close as possible to the F1 cockpit feel as possible. Most o f the SIMS including the one you attached are not accurate andare also generic in size to fit anyone.
My cockpit cell will be built to F1 Rules and specifications. I downloaded the rulebook.

What this actually means is the cockpit should have the same comfort (or discomfort ) and seat position as a real car. In an F1 car the feet are actually positioned atleast 4 inches higher than your butt seat bottom. The cockpit will also have the standard, limited visibility and movement. I even have 4 point seatbelts to lock you in to optimaize on the claustrophobic atmosphere.

Lastly, phase two will include a timealigned speaker array with Dolby Digital surround and subwoofer.
