I must admit that they did film an episode of "PINKS" at this track.
The track is slippery and the times will be slow, but it's still great fun and perfect for practice.
Not too many people and very few spectators.
You should be able to get about 10 runs in for your $35 entry fee. Not bad at all.

Please go read back up the thread for details.
Basically SAC is good for practice, but not for times.
This is a primer for the Infineon run. Get you launching skills at the SAC track, then go for bragging rights at Infineon where the times really count.
You get maybe 10 runs in at SAC for $35.
At Infineon you may get only 3 or 4 runs. The track should be fast, so make it good.
So those going to SAC, you need to post a response on this thread and I will put those interested in SAC on a separate list.

Glen, gonna have to take me off the list for Sac on May 13th. Didn't realize it was Mother's Day weekend and we're probably having a dinner the night before Mother's Day. James

Yeeouch.
That might be bad for me as well.
Don't forget Fathers day is the day after BOS. Better make plans with the fathers on Sunday and save Saturday for ClubLexus.

I'll probably roll out on the 13th. Its about a half hour from me. Probably not in the Lexus though as its just sitting in the garage waiting for a clear bra. You know I can risk those rock chips with my high trap speed

Sat 5/13 - Grudge Fest for fully muffled cars-Gates open 4pm, Adm. $5, Racing 6-10pm $35 This looks to be a the standard, organized drag racing with eliminations.
We actually want this: Test and Tune-Gates open 4pm, Testing 6-10pm, $50 car/driver
The Test & Tune is usually held on Friday - for May we are looking at 5/12 and 5/26.
