The Karting Trophy Dash will be at around 4pm.

Our 8 lap karting sessions will be from 2pm to 3pm. Roughly 6 sessions total.

Those karting "for the first time" at LeMans need to be suited up and attend the breifing class at around 1:30.

Meet effectively ends at 5pm, with the club award handed out.

Why is it $10 for 8 laps, $21 for 2x8 laps? Besides the t-shirt... (is it at 75 people yet?)

i might be interested in going (my gf as well)

We're at about 50+ people. Still a few shirts left.

The $1 covers PayPal fees. That was a last minute adjustment. The shirt provider was actually losing money giving out the shirt, which like I said is FREE. At the BOS meet, those shirts were sold for $15 each and we sold well over 100 shirts.

If you pay Jeff by mailing him a check, you can actually just pay him $20.

If you "might" be interested, sign up on the other thread to gain admission to the LeMans portion of the meet. Parking there with 10 cluubs definitely has to be organized so we allocate enough space for each club.

Just a friendly reminder to everyone. Anyone who's shows up at LeMans without signing up, will not have a space allocated for them.

We need to do this to be fair to the other clubs.

There is adequate space to park in the outside lot, if you choose and you can still walk into the meet. It's just that you won't have eligibility for the raffle items.

We also would like to have as many people pre-pay for karting so we can reserve enough time slots. Again LeMans has other paying customers, so we can only reserve the time slots that we need. You can still walk in to register, but available space is not guaranteed.

Thanks for your understanding.

Space is not a problem, but as you know, making enough room so that all the individual car club members can park next to each other is what requires planning.

For Example: I don't want a Lexus member to be directed to park with the Corrola club if we can plan it right.

The vendors will also be located in multiple locations, so that has to be planned out at the last minute, after we see what spaces are left.
