in terms of showing up, we will start to have staff there at around 7:30 in the morning. however no one (other than helpers or staff) will be allowed until 9:30am, which is the time i have planned so far to open the gate.

hitorically, we usually have about 20 - 30 cars lined up in the street starting about 30 mins before the gate open

The best parking slots always go to the early arrivals. All cars will be grouped together by model type. Those who pre-registered for EOS will have a space allocated for them in that area.

All those who forget to bring their registration sign and confirmation # or who DO NOT pre-register for EOS will be parked generically in the back lot.

if he goes to EOS, he'll be the farthest one traveling to CA other than the AZ crew.

For those of you who prepaid for the karting. This is the final version of the dog tags. Everything is already packaged and rominl had already picked them up from me over the weekend.
