Default drving without front bumper

are there any laws against driving without a front bumper? Im probaly going to be bumperless for about a week and i wanted to know if im going to have any issues in doing so.

The plastic is just cosmetic.

If your headlights and bumper brace are still installed you should be OK.

A front plate wouldn't hurt, especially since your car will grab a lot of attention the way it will look.

thanks Glen, im probaly not going to drive my car unless i have to but just wanted to be safe and make sure i wont get harassed for it.

Well ya never know, when a cop has a bad day and decides to take you down with him.

Your not the first to drive like this.

Are your lower plastic under trays still installed? The biggest problem you will have is air flapping the plastic and the wheel well plastic liner pushing against the tire in a strong head wind.

Been there done that.

im taking the car to the shop tommorow so they can take the front bumper. Not sure whats staying and whats going.

The bottom plastic under tray should be removed or it will flap on the freeway. You might lose the clips around the screw holes if there are any areas using clips.

Basically all freeway driving is discouraged, especially with a head wind.
