Default custom or aftermarket exhaust system?

im debating right now if i should either go buy my magnaflows and take it to troys shop to get the custom piping, or should i just go shop around for a whole catback system. what would you guys do? and for you guys that got your custom exhaust done. did you guys feel a big power change? same for you guys with aftermarket exhaust.

I have Carson Tuned, which is a full cat back exhaust. I felt the difference when I install the exhaust immediatly, along with the intake I had installed.

For someone with a custom exhaust ask Hameed he did a custom exhaust. If you do a search you may find others who have done custom exhaust setups. The nice thing about bolt on exhaust is you can change it with no problems when you wanna try something new.

I'm with Chris, when I installed Carson exhaust I noticed a diff. Easy install, 1 - 2 hours do it yourself. A few bolts here and there.

to me, honestly, exhaust and intake are mostly sound. it might give you 1 or 2 more horses but you probably can't feel it all that well. at least my butt didn't tell me anything. i have the apexi, and i got it purely for cosmetic and sound. definitely nothing BIG in terms of power change.

and i guess i am old too, so my guys of custom stuff are over. mostly i just get bolt on now

Sam question I had. I want to put an exhaust on my RX but I just dont want the ricer sound. I can get a Blitz RealizeTT for like $350 but I'm thinkin of maybe just a custom job instead. I really want it to be silent or if anything then really deep.
