Due to the overwhelming response of entrants, we have maxed out on the number of attendees and the parking lot is now at capacity.

Make sure to print out your registration form and the confirmation number sent to you at the e-mail address provided when you registered. You will not be admitted to the event without having a confirmation number.

There is ample spectator parking available outside the venue, for those who have not registered.


Please go to the Meet announcement thread to see updates on raffle prizes. we will continue to update the raffle items plus reveal other special treats haoppening at EOS.

amazing how fast the registration go, i couldn't believe when i was told the registration is at 170 and it's time to close.

everyone, parking WILL BE TIGHT at the meet. as promised, if you are registered you will have a parking spot, but make sure you brnig your confirmation sheet WITH the confirmation number written down. you will be severely penalized otherwise!!!!

and also, make sure you come as early as possible. the earlier you come, the better your parking spot!!!

Sorry the EOS team is comprised of 7 core members who have been working their asses off for the past 3 months. Plus it takes a team of about 25 volunteers to pull this event off.

Managing cancellations and replacing them with people on stand by would just be more things on our plate than we can support.

With 6 days left, we still have a million things to do and there's just no time.

yes, sorry but there is nothing we can do. with more than a month to register and over 170 spots, everyone should have had more than enough time to sign up. we don't have the time to shuffle people around. the database has been locked and it will not be changed for any reason.

just show up that day. there are plenty of parking outside on the street, and so far i have gotten at least 5 pms AFTER registration closed. basically all got denied.
