it's been 2 yrs on our sc430 and the leather is still like new, no wrinkle no scratch no crack. do you maintain your leather. do you put on unnecessary pressure (especially on the sides when you get in and out of the car) on the leather?

what's the problem you have with the leather in your ls430?

None here as well with over 15k on the odometer. My buddy's IS350's front seat looks like garbage, but he weighs in at 280lbs. I'm only 170

well i can see the "problem" with 2is, 3gs, sc430, etc... the "sides" of those seats fold up a bit for better lateral support, and people easily press or lean on them excessively causing wrinkle and what not. i notice that a lot. that's why when i get in and out of my sc430 i never put pressure on there.

but the ls430 seats are pretty flat. unless the car is "high" so when you get out of the car you have to push on the sides of the seat? i don't know
