I'm in the north bay as you know, still thinking if I should just meet you guys
at the end point (Marin Headlands) or meet up some where. I wouldn't have to cross the GGB if I just meet up @ Marin Headlands.

We could meet up with the north bay folks at the vista point near the Alexander exit we will be taking. But I doubt they have enough parking for the numbers we're going to have. I may have to PM you my cell or something so you will have an idea when we're going to arrive.

Due to the overwhelming response and record attendance for this upcoming cruise meet, we will be closing sign-ups at exactly number 40, no more....no less.

40 is our cut-off so there's 10 spots left.
Once we hit 40, that's it. Sign-ups are closed.

I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you if you don't get on the sign-up list.

Crowd and car control is our main concern and if we have an overload of this situation, we feel that it may be too much to maintain the balance.

Again, if you feel you can make it, please sign-up now because the spots will be filled up quickly.

I was gonna suggest that vista point also. First group there, then second and possibly third group can wait at the other parking lot on the other side of the freeway, across from the vista point. Depending on how much room there is on that side. Walkie talkies are a must in this situation. So please bring some if you have them.

WOW! Record numbers!!! Definately bring walkie talkies. Chanel 13.5 as usual. Also want to remind everyone to make every effort to stay with your group. Follow ALL traffic rules. If you get separated. Catch up or get with the group behind you if there is one. Hopefully you can communicate with someone in your group at all times. That is why walkie talkies are essential. Cell phones aren't always reliable. i.e:no signal.

O.K. The core group has decided to welcome all/anyone to join us for lunch at Todai. And come check out all the rides, mingle. But, during the cruise you must ride in someones Lex. Then at the end, they can drop you off at your car. We hope this will ease all tension or stress that people were feeling about the Lexus Only rule. I will have room for two in my car if the wifie brings hers. So I welcome you to ride with me if need be.
