Exclamation looking for electrical shop specialist

ok heres the deal... i decided to lower my car with coilovers. and then my 19's started rubbing my wiring harness(the one located under the fender).. shredded about 7 wires and the rest were ok. so one day i decide to fix it because my headlights went out, so i go ahead and solder and heatshrink the 7 wires. looks like everything is good to go. reconnect the battery and try to start the car but the car doesnt start, i would turn the key to start the engine but it doesnt start. when i let go of the key i hear a click from the solenoid. so i go ahead and check the fuses, OK there. i rechecked the wiring about 30 times and everything matches up. now i am stuck i have no clue how to fix this and have no clue where the problem is. i am looking for a shop that could find the problem and fix it for me, i am located in 408 area. if you guys know anyone that could help me please let me know where i can find this help. thanks ahead of time guys
