They're convoying from AZ to Vegas. The NorCal guys that will be going will probably do the same thing. It all depends how many are going and when people are going to be heading down.

From Phoenix to LV is over 5 hours !

On these long distance meets the various regions set up convoys, which makes the trip go by much quicker. If you look back at convoy threads, people always have a blast. Half the fun of these meets is the trip down and back.

The LA and AZ people went to our NorCal EOS5 meet last summer, so this Vegas meet will be a reunion for some of us.

A general request to who organize these meets:

Can you try to schedule the meets on Saturday but not (or less) Sunday? This is just my personal request for you to consider... Thanks. (I like to have Sunday at home say to organize pictures after the meet rather than to work)

Generally meets are held on Saturdays however no matter what we do we always get requests for the other day. Go Figure.
