I went to dealer to get a diagnostic... turns out my AC is leaking slowly, i got a bad evaporator. Stevens creek lexus wants a fortune to fix it...

I went to Alouis Auto Radiator in San Francisco. Turned out to be the expansion valve was plugged up... ended up paying $530 to fix it 
They are okay... professional in the work... but no friendly chit chat with the mechanics like at other shops I've been to.
Let's see how the AC fares during the summer heat.
