I was quoted 250 for the two front 70% v-kool or 225 for 3m crystalline. No mentioning of the spot in San Lorenzo... but maybe someone posted in here... will search.
California Sunscreen
2968 Teagarden Street
San Leandro, CA 94577
I ended up going to the one in Fremont. Let's see how well it goes...supposedly I have to wait one month before all the water evaporate with the v-kool film.

As we always say, please try using the ADVANCED Search Tool. Most of the general questions you may ask have been answered many times already over YEARS. Some of the replies you may get come from other “newbies”, so you stand a better chance to find additional info by doing a search.
Good Luck

Since they are a four man operation and normally spend most of their time with dealership contract work, it is best to give them a call to set up an appointment. Saturdays are available at the San Leandro location.

For those of you who are in San Jose, or around. There is 2 people that do window tinting in their own home. They used to run Dynamic Audio downtown but now run it in their own garage. (They carry licenses and have the permits to do it still) They charge $99 bucks for all windows. It's computer cut rather than knife. Tony & Thomas.

ps. looks like they have a front shop again. also they do taillight tinting for $60 bucks i think
I would call them because they seem to fill up every day. And they end at 2PM, I believe are also contracted by other shops as well. Things might have changed.

Thanks for the reply.
I am now confused. what exactly is the difference between different brands of window film? dont they do the same thing (block heat and sunlight)?
is madico good then?
does anybody know this particular tint shop?
what do you think is the best brand out there in the market?

v-cool and Diamond Cut IR are the top performing tints
One difference is the warrantee to bubble, fading, etc.
The second is performance. Read the thread from Premier. Most of your questions are answered there.
Some shops have 2 or 3 price levels with warrantee and performance the two key factors affecting price. All the top brands have their merits. Don't shop just by brand, call the shops and see what they sell and why. As I said, all these shops should be happy to help you out on the phone.
The third issue is Install Quality by the shops. The shops recommended have a long reputation on these forums.
