that's just messed up. I saw the pics from the link. It looked like a great meet w/ all the different Nissan's and a few Lex cars representing.

It only takes 1 or 2 people to have big ego's and show-off to the rest of the world.

Unfortunately, when things go wrong, they definitely go wrong.

And that tree isn't safe to stand under either since many people use it for the shade all the time.

You better think twice from now on if you're standing under that tree.

This is a mess up foolish act by the individual who didn't think....

Given the weather condition this weekend, it is very hot on Saturday, I won't blame people standing under the tree for shade. The tree is an elevated area....who can think the car can crash on it...

Yeah, you can't blame the innocent bystanders for being under the tree. I would have a different attitude if they were cheering him on.

holy cow! that was like 50mph going around that round corner and he hit the curb and ended up on the grass embankment where the tree stopped the car.

I can't lie, I've stood under that tree at the last CL events.

This was a freak accident and I hope the person that was injured does a full recovery.
It sucks to attend a nice event and something happens and you end up in the hospital.

Man, I hope what happened there recently doesn't affect our excellent status at future CL events that we have there.

I totally agree. Like the AE86, many people thought they are "Takumi" when they got their 86.... ended up totalling the beautiful car....

Yup, I dont know how many have i seen, and know of. They all give the same excuses, "the road was uneven"; "my lsd had problem"; "my tires were bald"; "I was trying to save my car from losing control"... all and all... Do it on the track, nobody will laugh at you when you spun out or hit something on the track, I give props to newbie on the track, because they pick the right place to learn.

He may of been tagged for "reckless" driving, but my definition would be that the dude just doesn't know how to drive. I put him in the same driving skill set as the guy who totalled that Ferrari.

Looking at how far the car went off the road, it's apparent this guy was driving way over his head and doesn't know ***** how to drive.
