Does anyone know where is a good place to get a custom box made? Quality wise? and Co$t wise?? This is for a 2001 RX300. Thank you.

 

what kind of subs are going into the box? ported or sealed? theres a spot I go to in walnut creek that does good work. here's what they did for me:




It was completely custom to fit my battery, amp, and capacitor too, as well as a cover to go over the wheel wells. They charge around $60 an hour but well worth it.

 

Trying to put a 10" shallow sub by Pioneer. They charge $60/hr on making a box or installing everything? And where is this place?

 

i actually just took a look at my reciept and it said $78 /hr, sorry. it doesnt look like they charged me on any materials. You'r basically payin for the labor. And it shouldnt be too much with just a small sub. It's called East Bay Auto Spa ands its located off Pine St. in Walnut Creek. 925.930.7190. bloo look into image dynamics idq line of subs............they don't take much airspace and you can get some small boxes made on the sides of the cargo area that won't interfere too much with trunk area. check out some of my old posts for the boxes i had made..............will update those pics soon.

Yup, decent work never gets cheap. He knows about A to Z in sound equipment and custom setup for car show, and he is usually 2 months booked ahead.

I already emailed him and meet him up on thursday. He supposed to email me a diagram and what he can do to my car. He told me was about to work a IS350 next. I want to get it done before EOS though. Aiya!
