I work at Red Robin by Sunrise mall and my friend worked at BJ's in Roseville. Sunday nights aren't too bad, so long as you make it there before 6:30. After 7-7:30 it will be busier. Around 5 would be the best time for restaurants. Servers are just getting on their shifts and usually are looking for money (ie more tables) they just spent on drinks the 2 nights before.

Lol, thats what I said too for the 1st 3 years I lived in Sac. But I realized that it's not really the case. I know I know, we dont have an SF Broadway or SJ 1st St or an Oakland E14. But there's a lot of other things to do. It just depends on how you and your close company make out of it. For me, all I need is a few drinks, some females, and the close homies for a night to be good I can go out every day of the week and find a bar or club thats crackin here in Sac. I lived in the Bay for 25 years and Sac will never compare to the City or the downtown SJ, but you can have just as much fun here without all the drama. My boys make it a point to come up from the bay and party here in Sac at least once a month.

MALIBU WAS NOT CRACKIN! LOL yeah I lived in San Mateo during my HS years, grew up in Daly City and SF, and spent the years after HS all over from the east bay to San Jo. Before finally settling down here in the 916 =)
