I dont know what is up with those guys. Where did you find the lower price? If anything I'll probably PM you with my number so I can write you up an invoice so then all you would have to do is pay for them in concord.

We rarely sell a used tire. If we do sell a used tire it has to be in near mint condition. But I wouldnt count on anyone having what you are looking for. We do offer trade-ins to help our customers out.

Hey. Sorry to bring this thread back up, but I am finally buying new tires before I go to Tahoe at the end of the month. So I am looking for 225/70-16 tires.

American Tire Co. do sell new tires right? I could go to the one in SJ on Brokaw cause our store is pretty much right next to it. Good pricing there?

Anywhere else to get new tires that are at a good price? Thanks.

Hey JSpecSC3... any chance you'll be back to the Mtn View store or somewhere more South Bay? I'm getting close on my Eagle F1 GS-D3s and am looking to get them replaced. However, for my next set, I'm looking for 235/40-18 and 265/40-18. The GS-D3s don't come in 265/40 but the new Eagle F1 Asymmetrics do. I don't think America's Tire Co offers them, but can I get a special order for them? How much does installation with TPMS usually go for? Tire Rack's quoting me $968 for the Asymmetric tires + shipping.

And how come it's so hard to find 265/40-18s????

Thanks in advance!

P.S. These tires are pricey! Most that I'm looking at run at around $230/tire for the front and $250/tire for the back!
