Default my accident!

Well Caddys are some tough ****'s UPDATE WITH SOME WORK DONE TO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Accident is the other drivers fault, i was pulling into a driveway and he was backing out of his 2 doors down and hit me going about 4-5 mph.

Damage is
Quarter pannel gone
Tail light gone
Bumper Gone
Trunk bent up a tad

Paint has to be cut into the doors, roof, pannel, bumper, trunk so far.

I dont notice the car driving funny, Ill have pics showing my skid marks going sideways caused by him moving my car 2.5 inches or so to the right. The last pic shows his DAMAGE!

3 payments away from owning the car and then this.

D

This is where u can see he came sideways into me almost in reverse from behind and not from the side.

This is his car to my left and my car is right where i was pulling in, 2 driveways away. HE says you must have snuck in behind me.... LOL

I saw him bring clothes out and put it in the back then get in, i was in plain sight.

Ok shall we take guesses on damages? I say 6200.00

Police report shows his fault, my ins company says 99.999% of the time if someone hits someone in reverse it's their fault and with the police report to justify my claims, SLAM dunk!

crumple TAIL POCKET

Quarter pannel pulled, shaped, and semi straight, not to standards so they scrapped the whole job on the quarter pannel and are starting fresh tomorrow

Close up of the pull of the pocket, still not straight and labor hours are adding up.

Trunk support took a hit, mentioned it was being done, not sure if replaced or fixed. I am going to demand it to be fixed, that would bug the **** out of me seeing it later on with a tear down i plan to do end of summer.

THIS ****ERS RATES ARE GOING UP BY THE PICTURE!!!

Ok on a side note, if you are hit, GO SEE A DR ASAP. I waited a little too long and have had a migrane fro a week. I got a Toradal shot in the *** yesterday at Kaiser to take some stress off my neck. I would have never thought a 5-7 mph crash could mess up your neck but if your not looking or not paying attention you get caught by surprise and well WHIPLASH.

I have been billing his insurance for the dr and treatments etc etc, not sure about time loss from working since im a small business owner, nor pain etc etc. It takes a ton to get me to the DR, but i have been seen about 9x now in 2 weeks.

here is what she use to look like

ADVAN KREUZER X 18s

WORK REZAXII 18s 3pcs diamond silver painted

When i get her back I have some thinking to do

Prolly do the heads and fogs, wetsand then xpel the fogs.
Paint the dash, which i should have done at the same time as the accident but didn't think of it.

New rims, Prolly put some Advans on again, and while im at it Ill prolly reface my calipers then powder coat them. I will do all of this inhouse.. Maybe add some new shox while I am at it.

I love the sleeper look.

Here is my dilema guys

Rims soon, so I love ADVAN big time, loved the look of them in person and pictures... But there is no flash to them. I had the works for a short time, hated them in person but in pictures I loved them..... So i have a hard time choosing what to do in the future because i love taking pics of my car, but i love the look of them also.... I love the sleeper look also.

Im going to paint my heads and fogs in the next few weeks and maybe toss some dde in while im doing it. gunmetal paint, put my trd grill back on painted ggp also I think.. What to do what to do.

D

ps thansk for the kind words Doc

Advans are nice and stealthy but I like the added flair that the Works give off.

ya im not sure, im not going back to the work, the lip wasn't enough to justify a rim with a lip.

I might go with the advans, or if i dont care about the lip later maybe the vs-xx

There is no insurance pay out at all, I didn't try to make a buck off it. I waited until I won with his insurance and I picked a shop that they could pay directly and was one of their TRUSTED shops hahahahahah

anyways what that means is, I chose a shop that could auth any work on their own and not have to wait for insurance approval before they do more work. I like it this way, pretty straight forward so far and I should see on Tuesday.
