Bay Area Mini Lexus Meets "NORCAL CERTIFIED"

Lexus Test Driver
Looks like I'll be heading down with a Lexus very soon. Looking to trade down from a 750Li to an IS350. If my wife drives down with me we'll have a 2010 RX there as well.. Probably next weekend.

Hey Glen, I finally got a chance to see your GS. I was at the SF international show and ran into it. I had to read up on it to make sure it was yours. Man, you did a great job with the car. Inspire me to pick a GS up..=)..I'm taking a look at one this weekend, I hope everything works out great..=)

As for future mini meets, I'd say this thread is probably not going to have muc activity, which is normal during the winter time.
Hope to see you once the weather warms up and meets start back up again.

Let me know if you have any Q's.
Between myself and the other OG local GS members, we easily have 50 years of knowlege/experience.
There's a lot of newbies helping newbies on the GS section nowadays and frankly some of the advise can get pretty whack.

QUOTE=GPHLexus;5074074]when and where is the next Mini Meet?[/QUOTE]
For the past 6 months up until October, there have been on average 2 mini-meets per month.
We averaged one Major Event activity per month from February to November
It's pretty much the dead of winter now, so there will still probably be others posting a meet here and there, but as for this particular thread, it's pretty much wait until next year.
As a future reference, consider any mini-meet threads, posted by UV, lexusIS08, GS300Tom or VIP-209 as being the organizers who have a proven record of being successful meet holders / organizers. There are a few others I have missed, but these guys have been key players.
(i.e.- The meets hosted by these members are ones where the most ACTIVE members usually attend.)
As for bigger meets, look at the "Official" Meets and Events" Calendar that is stickied. These significant meets are classified this way because historically there is a good turn out.
There were 3 Significant Meets held last September alone.
Events posted on the sticky are held by prominent ClubLexus Members and are member supported KEY Activities. Some of these events have been held annually for years.
Currently all 2009 "Official" activities appear to be over.
Stay Tuned for an Official 2010 schedule soon.
With permission from the OP, I'm going to close his thread for the winter.
So Stay Tuned for it re-opening in the Jan 2010 timeframe.
