No, feel free to bring guests. but they will not be able to participate in gift exchange.

SC: 6
IS: 6
GS: 4
This is just a rough estimate with me estimating what cars each member are bringing since some of us have more than 1 car nowadays
anyways, correct me if you are bringing your GT3 or your Toyota Yaris, or RV Van.

I called the party planner at DnB. For a semi private room which includes 1 billiard table + TV + Couch+ tables:
$18/hr with 2 hour minimum
there must be at least $500 minimum food and beverage purchased before tax and tip.
Only 1 event spot left for that evening so if we want this spot we gotta book it asap.
Anyone like to sponsor this event??? I don't know if we'll order enough food and drinks to be $500, since some wont drink and some might not eat. opinions?

Well, we dont have an official sponsore for this event exceptfor Teeman with his stoogies...
I have not decided if i am personally sponsoring this event or not yet sincei have sponsored our last Boomers event, but lets let the forum run a open discussion to see if anyone wants to donate some funds to this event. I will call Glen this evening to discuss some details, but of course, private room would be great.
total cost of night that need to be spent is $550 approx.
Can we bill up that high? any high drinkers out there?

Supercharged IS300 and Supercharged GS400, thats about 850 crank HP with both cars.
