If this is the wrong place for this question, please let me know where to post it instead. We're in SF Bay Area and need warranty work (tire replacement - bulge in Yokohama). Not too happy with the reception we got at the dealer this morning. They were very nice on Saturday when they told us to bring it in Monday morning. This morning, they seemed to be looking for a way to blame us for the problem (bulge - could be you hit a pothole hard; drifting right - cars just drift due to the angle of the road/grooves in pavement, etc.). Anyway, if you have a Lexus dealer where you're really happy with the service ("service with a smile" would be nice), could you either post it here, or PM me. Thanks.

I don't think dealer will do anything to that. There are so many things that are not covered in dealer bumper-to-bumper warranty, or should I say bumper-and-bumper only warranty.

I know dealer won't warranty any tire issue unless special condition applied, and I know tons of reasons that I agree with dealer's policy base on their business view. You can try but I think it is a waste of time...

Well, shockingly, they replaced the tire as a "goodwill" gesture. Guess I will go back there after all.
