an someone please recommend a good shop for clear bra in the bay area? How much do you expect to pay for hood, bumper, and mirrors. Thank you.

I went to Premier and unfortunately have issues with my tint and clear bra. When we first got it done there were little bubbles on the tint and some debris between the clear bra and the hood. We took it back the following week and they messed with it a little, got most of the debris out from between the clear bra and hood, but there are still some spots, and most all of the windows have tiny bubbles (no pun intended), though not very big or noticeable. And I just noticed a bubble forming on the clear bra on the bumper, about the size of a dime. I'll be going back again in January (already have an appointment) to see what they can do.

I recommend Omega for NorCal, Aerotect for SoCal hands down. Sadly there is too much hype out there.

I've used Premier as well in the past for my custom clear bra and tint job. Several friends have used it for both as well. Great customer service I must say. Will be going there in the near future to do my new hood.

I drove to pleasanton from SJ to go to Omega, his a cool guy tell him you're a CL member. I have a few small bubbles but it's more noticable nice I have a black car. But I have to say I was happy with the job he did.

Just picked up a new GS and brought it over to Premiere. Low and behold they had the new Audi R8 that's getting the whole car done with the clear bra! I actually had a chance to mee the owner and he is also a CL member. Really cool guy who said he'll be posting here as well. There was also another GS in there that is nearly identical to mine getting the whole treatment. I got the ceramic tint done, whole hood, whole front clip.
I used Omega when I had my G35 coupe and it was ok. He was willing to do some fixups here and there, but there were a lot of lines on the bra that he said was normal because he had to stretch the stuff. I wasn't crazy bout it cus my G35 was black and it was an eye sore. Fair comparison, Premiere is much better imo, but costs a bit more. Guess you get what you pay for.

Yep, that was mine. Too bad I didn't get to see you there. I was strolling around outside, but did see your car there in the back. Did you see hte R8? That thing's pretty sick in person....never did like it seeing hte pics in person.

^^^^ Yeah I saw the R8; I've seen R8's a couple times at S.C. Audi, while I like the car, sometimes the two-tone doesn't appeal all that much to me. The one there was nice though; last time I was there they were working on an Aston Martin that was absolutely beautiful!
I think you may have seen another car that was not my g/f's. We were there the whole time from like 10:15-11am. There was another one like it parked in the back as well though off to the side...
