LOL... I did, and I knew I have to live at this place.
Nope, not buying... its a hook up deal through my company client. ATM, I don't believe buying property here in bay area.

My hookup specially designed a house for me w/ $250k renewing and upgrades. The house has 2 layers of tv network, signle cat5 network throughout, 2 layers of phone network, wired camera and security system, speaker wire pannels, ceiling speakers throughout and in backyard, rc fireplace, rc ceiling fans throughout, central a/c and vac, water filtration system, and all top-of-line stainless steel appliances.

2200 sqft living space, 3 bdrm 3 full marble bath, 2 garage and 3 parking driveway, 2 backyard storeage rooms, no carpet but marble+hardwood floor only, and a brick driveway... The driveway is not that bad, at least one of the show car has no problem at all.

This 50 yrs old house is now brand new, and I am paying less than a 2 bdrm apartment I can find in Craigslist. I do not want to bother the big-man sending out his work crew to accommodate my car hobby. I guess he will but I am fine with driveway problem.

Hen, you will do the same if the deal came across. I am sure you know the situation around bay area. If I lock myself with lifetime mortgage for ONE house, I think I may have better luck of owning TWO houses by putting savings just in cocacola stock (KO? lol). Besides, I need money to live in Japan 1 month every year.

I did the math.

And igofast, thanks for the offer! I am sure your family sees the upcoming housing problem.

OMF bippu god!
Air I can't... I would if I have Henry's car, so I can adjust 0 to 9psi in 30 sec.

I am a cheap dude and I can only live on hookup deals. I got hookup with my current job, and hookup with about 200 business accounts here in shop. I am a lucky cheap dude!

Not so lucky with the driveway tho!

Well, at my old "parent"'s home in Millbrae, we installed a metal ramp in front of our driveway (including drilling to mount bolt on the pavement and place a big metal plate on top). It allows water to pass through under and we didn't file any permit to do it (cuz the whole street did it too)

The only downside is everyone in the house will know that you are home.... the plate does make some sound..

Waz up dude! 恭喜發財!!
I think that is exactly what I was looking for at beginning but I still dont know what kind of business I should dig into in order to get a quote. I am not worry about the noise too much.

My crappy HomeDepot stack-of-wood desgin is almost ready!
