any trustable Lexus shop in north CA? except dealer
dealer to me seems too expensive, a mechanical check in fremont asks ~$200 did very little things, shall not more than $50.
I want sb can repair GS300 2005, sb special in such kind of car. My current shop is pretty good, but may not be special at Lexus.

Welcome !
There's 10+ years of information on the GS in these forums and for local area questions like yours there's 6+ years of info.
The Search function is your friend. Do an advanced search and type in key words ( in this case "maintenance" repair" or "shops") then select the forum to search in (in this case NorCal Region).
You will be better served by doing your own homework and looking at the history then to post a question that frankly, many are tired of responding. Some new people wonder why they don't get a lot of response to their posts. It's not because you're new, it may be because many of the veteran members have answered the question Umpteen thousand times already.
Rominl responding to you is the exception because he posts and responds to everyone, everywhere and has probably answered this question 100+ times over the years.
NO ONE else on ClubLexus has more than his record 51 thousand posts !
To read more on Exact and other shops in the bay area, you need look no further than the thread at the top of this forum " Shops for: 30/60/90k Service, Suspension Mods, Engine mods, etc.".
It's all there, you just need to search.
