Hi all, I posted about why I have been too busy to respond until now here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=337736.
The car was on display to the public at SEMA in Vegas. Anyone there can take a picture, so technically they did not "steal" the pics.
I wouldn't mind seeing pics of my car posted on forums, mags, etc. as this has happened several times over the years. However, the fact that this company is using pics of my car for their own advertising and profit is wrong.
There is also mis-representation in that my car has the Original RMM body kit, especially since my car was "Originally" owned by Rod Millen. This company selling a knock off replica and using my car to represent their product is not right, so I think I will notify Rod Millen about this and let them pursue legal action if they wish.
Again my family issues are a higher concern for me at the moment. With that perspective, this issue is not on the top of my list.

Really.. No point of taking up big actions with a wannabe company borrowing without permission. How many times we see business cards that have exotic cars printed up but also knowing that the business would never have such kind of clients?!

Those pics were taken at SEMA this past November. Looks to be private party photos that any attendee can photo. I remember the spot these were in. It was in front of the Central Hall parked next to SanseGS43 and Jinetix's cars. Their cars were on display representing Club Lexus at SEMA for Lexus Corp.

Regardless of the source, he (or we) can ask them to take the pictures down... at a minimum it's misleading to feature the 'real thing' to advertise their knockoffs.
If they refuse we can take action here on the forum as I suggest above to impact them where it hurts - their sales.

After three tries they finally wrote back (said my other emails had gone to their spam box) and agreed to take down the image.
Thank you Sarona I've checked and it's still there, so we'll keep peeking back.
UPDATE March 10 (not bumping thread)
I understand your concern for Rod Millens car. How ever we are one of the distributors for this company <Dave edit, "this company" = I believe he means the replica kit company> and no where did we imply or say that this was our kit. The picture was sent over to us which replaced the original picture, which was in a horrendous quality. But because it bothers you so much we will replace it as a courtesy with the original one.

Yes but we are doing are next webupdate on march 12 you should see the change then.

Looks like Sarona has not removed pics of my car from their site. 
Time to engage RMM with them directly and it's time to give negative feedback on Sarona for their un-ethical Business Practices, mis-representation, etc. . .

I'm sorry but May is not 'soon' and is too far out in the future for this small of a simple image change... that's not fair to the owner of this vehicle to make him wait that long.
What can you do this week? If you can't change it, how about just pulling it down? Or swap the image file to be removed with the replacement with the same image name... that's all that would be needed.
