Never did like Fremont ...
Never did like the city of Fremont
Sounds like self defense to me:

I bet you if the people driving the Explorer weren't minorities, they probably wouldn't be charged with felonies. Really smart for the SUPER DAD to charge out of his car by himself with his club at 3 grown men in it and break the other car's window. Anyone would had kicked his *** if they done that

The husband grabbed an anti-theft device, ran toward the Explorer and "accidentally" broke out the driver's window as he pushed the door shut. He said the trio then chased him and beat him unconscious, police said.
lol accident wtf? 1 on 3 is real smart. and he tried to mess with tongans? I would never mess with tongans, there huge.

They'd have a better chance at disputing the case if they didn't have prior records. You don't accidentally break someone's window while trying to shut their door. Why would he be shutting the door in the first place anyways? That doesn't make sense. For his wife to have been hurt, that's a bit extreme...sounds like she jumped outta the car and got into the mix...This is why you don't mess with people on the road, you never know what could happen.

Two sides to every story guys and the truth is almost always somewhere in the middle. No offense to those that think this is race related, but fractured skull and broken jaw do not sound like self defense....

Its unfortunate that the whole incident took place, but in this day and age, the 3 couldve been any race of people and it couldve ended the same way. As irritated as I get about people cutting me off and whatever in traffic, I realize that even as big as I may be, or intimidating I may appear, people these days are too crazy that underestimating even the smallest person over road rage could end up in a bad situation. So I try to just bite my tounge and keep the facial expression at a minimum
Hope the injured folks heal, hopefully the kids that were exposed to it arent traumatized by what they saw, and hopefully my people learn from the experience if in fact they are at fault.
