I'm going back out to Sac raceway tomorrow night for the Wed night fun drags" with some guys from work. It's $15 to run & like $5 or $7 to watch.... I'll be getting there around 4:30-5:00 & stayin til it's over. round 9:30 or so usually.... If anyone wants to tag along shoot me a P.M. so we can meet up.

 

where is Sac raceway located?

 

i'll try to get someone to cover my shift at work tomorrow. it would be fun to see the times on the new sc.

Easiest way to get there is take Hwy 50 east to Sunrise Blvd South. Make a right on Jackson Hwy (16) & a right on Excelsior Rd. about 1/8th mile down & You'll see it on the right hand side.

 

How did it go? Any Pics? Can't wait to get back to Sac. on weekends starting mid May. Sac raceway is nice because of 1/4 mile vs. 1/8 on some tracks.

 

I had a friend there on street tires ... primered black hatch back ... only running mid to high 14s ... 100 mph thou ... just couldn't hook up ..

i started going there myself in my 98 gs400 with lots of mods. i cant figure the tranny out so im doing from low 13.8 to 14.4. but its a cool time, lots of cars and low cost.i was the this last wednesday and i met 2 lexus guys with GS's. lost of cars, check their website out under sacramento race way in excesior

 

My clutch is going in this coming week, so its finally gonna be able to see the track. Maybe ill go on a day with you guys, so u can see my 20 second runs hahaha
