my wife was coming home from work last night on the sf baybridge eastbound when someone clipped her from behind. sending her spinning 180 into the right lane car. the unknown black car who clipped my wife's tsx left the scene. chp had to close the bridge temporarily to remove the lexus that she ended up hitting, it was inoperable (she hit his left front tire area). our car suffered what only seemed like cosmetic damage, car drives fine, sturdy little sucker. good thing she didn't hit the guard rail and fly off the bridge.. i guess. nobody was injured, altho wife has a slight neck/back pain from the whiplash. anyway, we need help.. if u were traveling I80 eastbound on the bay bridge between 10:40 and 10:50 pm on july 5, 2008 saturday, let us know if u saw the offending black car? thanx!

Sorry to hear what happened. Good thing there was no car in the lane the suspect was in when your wife spun.. Hope someone on here saw what happened.

Only thing you can do is file a hit and run. Other than that you can fix it yourself or claim insurance.

Im sorry to hear about your wife's accident. Im so glad to hear that both your wife and the driver of the Lexus are ok. I hate hit and run drivers so bad. The fleeing driver must have not had insurance. I too have been involved in an accident where a car hits me, I spin out on the freeway, and runs. Aren't there traffic cameras on the bay bridge? I hope they either catch the guy who did it or someone hits the offender and runs. Good luck.

I would of chased that guy down. But thank god your wife isn't hurt and neither was the lexus driver.

cars are repairable/replaceable but not the driver....
