Default Local plasma tv repair?

I have an older Daewoo DTS-42 inch plasma from the beginning of 05.. it started to develop vertical lines in the screen and now is about 40% covered in these lines. Ive read tons of stuff about this TV on the internet, and this is an extremely common problem. Id like to fix the tv if possible.. Anyone local have experience fixing tv's? or know someone who does? Thanks

try these guys in dublin: http://www.allvideorepair.com/ 925-215-4854
http://www.tv-repair-svc.com/ (510)797-2515 Fremont.

Good luck!
i got a LCD instead.. plasmas tend to go bad after a few years.
LCDs are getting cheaper and cheaper... VIZIO from Costco is a good HDMI 1080i tv..

Hate to tell you this, but Plasma's and LCD TV's are so cheap you should just buy a new one. I just picked up a Sony LCD 46-Inch for $1500.00

LG and Panasonic still make Plasma's if your fixed on buying back a Plasma instead of a LCD.
