HIN NightShift Pleasanton Sept 20 - Change of Plans
ALL,
first off I want to apologize to those that I told that we were organizing our crew to enter into HIN on September 20.
As much as we thought this dual meet weekend would work, the EOS 7 event being held on the following day has made it a logistical nightmare for us to co-ordinate.
The scenario would of been to roll into Pleasanton Friday night.
All of us find rides back home, since our cars would be there over night.
Get rides back there on Saturday and stay there all day.
At the end of the show, roll out and get home towards 1am.
On Sunday, be ready to roll out to EOS7 before 8am and still clean and prep our cars.
Since the Core member Cars that would usually enter HIN are also owned by the STAFF that organizes EOS7, it would make it that much more difficult for them to get up early on Sunday.
With the overwhelming response of attendees at EOS, it made sense to cancel attendance at HIN and focus on EOS.
Again sorry to all that looked forward to showing at this event.

It was a tough decision George.
We all did HIN last year followed by EOS the following day.
It was a blast, but we were soooooooo wasted.
We also had to take into account that there are 15 SoCal/NV/AZ members attending EOS.
We realized that we wouldn't be very good hosts to them if they rolled in on Saturday and there was no one to meet and greet them because we were all at HIN until 1am !

I will still be attending the event ... Little worried about the little John on stage ... I hope the car stay in its best condition too and remembering last year that I had kick marks all over the front of the bumper .. ;\
We will get to catch up with you at Eos Glen .. I will be tired but making it happen ! Lucky for me the 2 week vacation falls in this time frame

It was a Mob .. coldnt find just one person .. I was tired and its Hin which is all over the place ... alot of people ...
I will be parked with Jdm Theory , Ernesto , I hear some members of the forum who are going and others I know will be parked with Weapon-R too

i think that they might allow saturday roll in. if that wuld make it easier for you guys. i know the guys that run the registation and i know that they will work with you guys. you guys always come out big for the HIN/Nightshift shows it would be sad to see you guys not there.

my club promoter friend and a racing crew called wyld kardz has a huge booth and they're looking for another crew or whomever to chip in an extra $150 for those who's interested..
