You might want to move up your timeline a bit to factor in traffic.
We dont want too many cars rolling in late.. causing traffic on Stevens Creek. Plan to arrive "a little bit earlier" than the local folks, as outdoor parking is still on a first come first serve. Also make sure all members of your caravan crew are all registered and ready to go.

Also, as I have mentioned on my.IS, I would suggest for you guys to come earlier than 10am if you want to park inside. Once 10am rolls around, we close the lot off. If you arrive exactly at 10am, you will be directed to park on the street.
