only 93 as so the cop said -.-, I was speeding 100-130 with my friend on the way there and didn't get caught. He only caught me cause I was there at the wrong time or speeding at the wrong time, he was on his way to a construction site...saw him later at the site..what was more gay was a 2 for 1....2 "IS" got c aught lol...yes me and my friend were both driving IS's there and back, we had loaded cars hahaha

How can I fight it? O_o speed limit was 70 lol, 100-130 is easy to get to if you drive to LA hahaha, especially when going downhill...there's not too much traffic if you go at night, I was able to max out my car one time hahaha[feel bad for WOT my car like that though
... stupid me...regret driving down there and fine will probably be 300-500 im guessing =[

Just go for a cheap one online. It's like, $20-$30 bucks and when you do it online, you can be lazy and either print the pages or open them in new windows. I think it took me an hour the one time I did it online. There should be a list when you get the stuff in the mail.

if the cop said u were going 93. how fast were u really going?
if u were going over 100 and he got u for 93, ur lucky. at 100, they have the right to impound ur car and arrest you on the spot.
if you were going 100+ and he got u at 93, also means his radar wasnt really working or he didnt even have radar, just paced u.
if he deosnt have a radar print out, u will win in court, cause no matter what he says, u are not guilty until proven guilty.
if for sure u know he didnt ahve radar print out, u can just fight in court, if he deosnt have evidence, u win. simple as that.
the cop needs to have a list a things even if he HAD the radar.
a good traffic lawyer can win easily if u have $$.
some items cops need to show are like.. maintence records for the radar gun, signed paperwork stating he is operating the gun that day.. etc etc.
cause attorneys can say something like if u cant show maintenence records, means it wsant properly maintained, and the reading was false, etc.
if the cop paced u, or eyeballed u, take a ball and throw it. ask the cop how fast it was going. if the cop said 5 mph, if it was really going 3 mph, that means he was 2 miles off. imagine if u was going 50 mph, then he would be waht.. 20 miles off?
but then again......
