TESLA Building their factory in San Jose near Mc Carthy & Ranch 99
Gotta get a job here, so I can get an employee discount. 
It would add 2 minutes to my current 5 min commute to work, but I'm willing to make that sacrifice.

I drove by what looked to be a Tesla lot in Palo Alto, pretty close to the Menlo Park border the other day and that place looked empty! I mean I think I saw a car or two in the showroom but not even sure it was open and this was around lunch time. Anyway, I wonder where the exact location is going to be for this.

The Menlo Park is a dealership, so with no cars available, I'm not surprised.
That location I would guess is staying. The new location in San Jose is for the factory to build these cars, not a showroom.

i heard about this on the radio this morning.
and also a few weeks ago i saw a Tesla on 101 S (i thought it was a Lotus until i got close) and i look at the driver and its my old coworker. small world. its a cool little car.
